I am so happy to introduce new designs for December. The lead-up to this sent me deep into myself to work out what I wanted to do with my artwork.
Deep thinking
The spark? Completing Stacie Bloomfield’s ‘Leverage Your Art’ 8-week course. What a wonderful experience! Before this, I felt pulled in different directions. Stacie teaches us that art is used in many different ways. All of them are worthwhile and fulfilling. When we choose which way to go, our own circumstances, goals, and experience of joy and fulfilment in creating the work are vital. For me, my illness and the benefits of working from home bring me to digital expression as well as the hand-creation of original artworks. Both lift me up.
Consequently, my new Redbubble designs include works which started life as original acrylic and watercolour paintings. Other designs evolved from mixed media designs featuring my original photographs. I think my mono-prints are ripe for developing too. I’m really pleased with the way they came together on the Redbubble products.
In the photograph above you can see some of the designs on products. You can view a short video showing more here on Instagram and here on Facebook.

Benefits for Artists and Buyers
Platforms like Redbubble, Society6, Spoonflower etc. enable independent artists to make some income from their artwork. In hard economic times, it also allows buyers to purchase something featuring original artwork for a low cost. It’s not always possible for people to afford original paintings. In this spirit, if you know someone who will enjoy my designs, please share this post with them. Other online profiles and shops I have are found on my Link In Bio page.
I hope you enjoy the new designs for December. Let me know which design you like the best. Let me know in the comments. Below I have included a photograph showing excerpts of the actual designs.
