I’m both excited and a little awed about having my first textile art sculpture in the 2024 Textile Palette Exhibition. The theme for the exhibition is ‘Distortion, the evolution of body enhancement’ which is outside my usual subject matter of nature and landscapes. In digging deep for a meaningful contribution, I think I have found the subject matter for a collection of work for myself. This is a rewarding experience, even though it has its challenges.

I’m keeping my work under wraps until the exhibition opens.
