I’m a certified instructor for the Journal to the Self course, which covers 18 different journaling techniques. These writing techniques will help you to explore the various aspects of yourself, your life and your relationships with other people. This might interest you if you are considering change, or if you want to record your joys, or work through something which is concerning you.
What I love about this course is that it is designed for everyone. What’s important are the insights you have. Not whether you can write or not. You may find new insights by using the journaling techniques. I value your privacy above sharing your work. While sharing experiences can be helpful, in this course there is no pressure to read what you have written. Please note that it is a writing course, not a therapy course.
My classes are small, with a focus on self exploration.
